          We often celebrate Binatbatan festival during last week of April to the first week of May. Binatbatan dancing is connected to Vigan's abel Iloco craft. The dance depicts how cotton pods are beaten with bamboo sticks to release the cotton fluff called batbat from its seed. This festival was started in 2002 to showcase this traditional weaving craft that is said to predate the arrival of the Spaniards.            Before pandemic, Binatbatan festival showcase street dance that is one of the main attractions during the week-long celebrations. showcases local art of mosaicking seeds called ”boklan”.           As an Grade 10 ICT student I have learned and discover many things in the third quarter. In the third quarter the lesson focuses in doing community-based research paper. In the first few week, I discover the different livelihood, delicacies, events, history and tourist destination. I write some example if these during the fourth quarter. As a result, they didn't want their child to be vaccinated. But being vaccinated is important during pandemic because it can protect you from the virus.           The Battle of Bataan  was fought by the United States and the Philippine Commonwealth against Japan during World War II. The battle represented the most intense phase of the Japanese invasion of the Philippines during World War II. In January 1942, forces of the Imperial Japanese Army and Navy invaded Luzon  after the bombing of the American naval base at Pearl Harbor. The Day of Valor, officially known as “Araw ng Kagitingan”, is a national observance in the Philippines which commemorates the fall of Bataan to Japanese troops during World War II.             In the month of January to Febraury, Ilocos Sur is celebrating a festival called Kannawidan Festival. A festival in the Province of Ilocos Sur commemorating the separation of the two Ilocos provinces in 1818. This festival is a showcase of indigenous performances, religious rituals, as well cooking demos featuring the best of Ilocano dishes. Many people are going on it because of the shows, competitions and showcase of their products from their own town.           Many shows are seen when Kannawidan Festival begins. In the first day of the festival, fireworks display is shown to the people of Ilocos Sur as an entrance show.
